We had to book a room in a hurry due to an overnight delay on our flight from Gatwick Airport, and the staff here were very helpful and welcoming even at 23:00 when we arrived. The room was very clean, the bathroom specially (out room had a private bathroom, but I think some other rooms don't, and then have to make use of the communal bathroom, which I didn't see). The staff was great, and the breakfast was good and cheap! The only problem was with the bed, which was not comfortable at all due to the mattress being very old, and I had some trouble falling sleep. Apart from that, I would recommend this.

Clean comfy little room for one. Walkable from the Horley train station if you don't have heavy bags. Easy walk to the High Street with pubs n shops, Waitrose & Aldi. Good Continental breakfast. Good reliable shuttle to the airport...not free...but cheaper than a taxi and more convenient...one of the main reasons I booked in at GWH.

Very good continental breakfast. Staff helpful, pleasant and friendly. Good location for Horley High Street and Gatwick. Good courier service. Building being refurbished ie reception and access to breakfast room. A work in progress. Obviously trying to improve things for their customers. Liked the outdoor area at the front. Glad given a ground floor room.

The bed was about the most comfortable of any that I have slept in in any hotel. Wow. The manager was very kind to change my room when I requested a bath tub rather than a shower. The shuttle service to and from Gatwick airport worked perfectly for me. I was not aware that the temple for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints is so close to this airport and hotel. I included a photo of that temple from my visit. An easy taxi ride got me there and back.

The price was excellent and good value (although I may have been lucky as on a subsequent visit to Gatwick the price was much higher). It is possible to walk from the airport (I was lucky to find the section of the Sussex Border Path that will get you from North Terminal to the Travelodge and from there you are on pavements). There are plenty of pubs and restaurants in Horley which is not too far away.

We found it easy access from the airport to the hotel, we were welcome pretty well, the room was clean and cozy but what made our stay so much more special was Vishal's reception, he's unbelievably kind and good-hearted. My tip is, have your meals at the canteen, there makes it possible to interact with other guests and make friends from all over the world. I can barely put into words how grateful we are for this magical experience ! Big shout to my new mate Vishal, you're the man 🙏

The room was what I expected for a fairly budget price. It was clean and had everything needed, except a USB port to charge my phone. The bathroom was functional but the shower head clamp was broken and I couldn't use the shower as it was meant to be used.

The rooms was were freshly renovated, and had a large window. The room, bed and bathroom were clean and well organized. The bed was very comfortable. There is a new Indian restaurant which has limited hours and selection, but the food was delicious - the naans were soft and the curry tasted right.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Laundry facilities were available at a reasonable price. Easy access to public transport. Great value, especially if you prepay. Shuttle service to the local airport.

The location is ideal for Gatwick airport. Just a slight problem finding the hotel, as the road layout is odd. Plenty of parking available and left our car here for five days with no problems. Taxi to airport worked well, we were outside the shuttle hours but used this on the way back to collect our car and it worked perfectly. Room ok for an overnight. No meals taken but the bar was available, with limited offerings. Overall, fine for this type of overnight and the backup organisation worked very well.
